SunStore Shipping Policy

 

  1. Introduction 
  • This Policy forms part of the Sunstore Terms and Conditions, and so words defined in the Terms and Conditions have the same meaning in this Policy, unless the context indicates otherwise.
  • This Shipping Policy also refers to the Returns Policy for instances where goods need to be returned back to Sunstore for any reason.

 

  1. Shipping 
  • Prices quoted on the site include shipping to a single address within South Africa.
  • SunStore is an online business and does not have facilities and processes to do collections. All goods purchased from the Sunstore website will be delivered to a shipping address by a reputable courier company.
  • It will often be necessary to deliver goods in more than one consignment as goods may originate from different suppliers.  You will be provided with a single delivery fee for all shipments, even though they may be delivered at different times.
  • When Goods are delivered, it is your responsibility to check whether any damage may have taken place during transportation. For insurance purposes, any discrepancies and/or visible defects must be noted on the delivery note/waybill.
  • Where goods need to be returned to Sunstore and the shipping cost is for your account, you may use your own courier company. Alternatively you can request a quote from Sunstore using the email sales@sunstore.co.za and we will arrange the logistics on your behalf as soon as we have received payment.
  • In that circumstance, it is your responsibility to cover insurance for the goods that you are shipping as we cannot guarantee that we will receive them.
